SignEasy’s API is designed to make it easier for developers to build seamless document signing experiences into their apps, so their customers don’t have to switch to an external document signing solution to complete paperwork. Developers can integrate simple blocks of code into their website or application to allow native document completion and signing, or to send them out for signature to one or more signers. The API also supports advanced features like sequential or parallel routing, as well as pre-configured fields to guide where information must be filled-in for each document. This enables developers to customize the integration based on their customers’ workflow requirements. The API has comprehensive documentation and is backed by dedicated support via both email and SignEasy’s Slack channel for paying customers.
“Our team found it easy to integrate the SignEasy API because of its flexibility and detailed documentation — it took us just a couple of weeks to integrate the document signing workflows into our system,” said Srikanth B., CTO of OnBlick, a technology company that specializes in HR compliance software.
The API offers the following capabilities:
“We are excited to announce the expansion of our product line through the API platform. This is a big step in our ongoing mission to help businesses and developers integrate a simple, world-class eSignature solution into their products,” said Phalgun Guduthur, Head of SMB Products.
After a six-month long public beta and adoption from customers in real estate, law, recruitment, and logistics, the API is officially available to the public as of today. The API has no setup fees and a low monthly access fee of $100. For more information on pricing, documentation, or to request access to the platform, visit here.
In 2019, SignEasy will be automating document generation to an even greater degree. The API will soon include the ability to fetch and merge information from enterprise data systems into the pre-created document fields before sending the document out for signature.
