A little background about Ms. Jessica Messman
Jessica is a regional property manager for Grand Campus Living, a student housing company based in Dallas. She holds a BBA in Marketing and has about 15 years experience in the industry. As a member of the GCL family, she strives to provide the highest level of service to each resident, as well as their friends and families.
What does a day in your life look like?
CRAZY busy! I wake up at 5:30 A.M. to get my kids ready for school, and by 7:30 A.M I am on my way to work, fielding emails and communicating with clients.
What do you love most about your profession?
It is so dynamic, and it paves way to constantly learn and stay ahead of the curve. Every day brings on new challenges. This variety makes my profession interesting.
What sort of paperwork do you encounter as you go about your day?
Paperwork that is a part of my day-to-day workflow includes spreadsheets, contracts, and tons of documents to sign.

It saves me a lot of time. I do not have to go through the painful cycle of printing, signing, scanning, and emailing it back. I can work from anywhere in the world, even on my vacations!
How do you think individuals and businesses are benefiting from Signeasy?
I do not know why everyone is not using Signeasy! Honestly, everyone can definitely benefit from an app like this. I even signed the documents to buy my new house using Signeasy.
