Larry Goodman

A little background about Larry Goodman.

Larry Goodman is a graduate of the University of Alabama, and has held various roles in the real estate domain for over 27 years. He started out as a commercial real estate appraiser, eventually moving into institutional real estate money management. He is currently the COO of a national multifamily property management firm that operates out of Texas. He is at his happiest when spending time with family, travelling, and create new and exciting memories.

What does a day in the life look like?

I oversee the day-to-day operations of a large multifamily property management firm with 700 properties and over 3,600 employees. No two days are ever the same. I enjoy collaborating with my team members and I am always identifying ways to operate more efficiently and effectively – all for the benefit of our customers (internal and external).

What do you love most about your profession?

Real estate is a tangible asset, and it requires hands-on oversight. I really enjoy the professional opportunity to create value through effective strategies and solutions. Every property is different, and the responsibility of ensuring the success of each project is both challenging and fun at the same time. It is always rewarding to see positive results that result from hard work.

What sort of paperwork do you encounter as you go about your day?

It varies from one day to the next, and I try to use email as much as possible to reduce my paper consumption.

Signeasy has certainly enabled us to better execute documents in real time! Internal and external customers that need a signature no longer have to wait for me to return if I am away from my desk or out of the office. Signeasy has also brought down paper and printing costs along the way.

How do you think individuals and businesses are benefiting from Signeasy?

Signeasy is extremely easy to use. It’s quick and very intuitive. The ability to scale the size of the signature, allow for customization, and provide a copy of the signed documents are great features to have built into the app.
