Sudeep Mishra is focused on expanding TresVista’s services by catering to the needs of several of the most recognized financial institutions around the world. Prior to co-founding TresVista, Sudeep was the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Business Development at Globatronix (Bombay) Pvt. Ltd., and played an integral role in the rapid growth of the company.
Tresvista provides valuation and research services primarily to private equity firms and other asset managers. I come in at 9 and meet with the various heads of departments, starting with financial operations, HR and business development. I typically have a couple of sales calls and interviews as well that primarily deal with retainer contracts or multi-week projects that we sign on. The agreements for these tend to specify scope, pricing and NDAs.
I use an iMac at work, an iPad at home and carry an iPhone.
SignEasy works really well for me as it allows me to get all documents - retainer contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and more signed in a timely manner on my iPhone when I am home as well as when I am on the road.
