DropBox sign is the worst. Why did they destroy hellosign?

Do I know anyone at Docusign in support that can help? I've been getting double, and sometimes triple charged, since July and I have 1 account. The excess charges are worth just shy of $600, when I pay for the basic for $20 a month.

Disgusting support from Pandadoc. They can just ignore requests for days at a time. They couldn't help to solve the problem, they only send template messages with apologies that don't make sense.
