Signeasy, as always, puts your worries to rest here as well!

It has always been our top priority to protect your signature and documents. For instance, we use 256-bit SSL encryption (similar to banks and financial institutions) on the communication channels between the devices and our servers.

In fact, there are a bunch of handy features in the Signeasy application which you can use to ensure absolutely no one, other than you, gains access to your documents and signature. This includes a secure passcode and fingerprint-based authentication in both iOS & Android applications. Just follow these tips and leave the rest to the experts and keep signing.

Enabling passcode and fingerprint-based authentication on Signeasy for iOS

From the Documents view, tap on Menu icon and select Settings
Tap on Security and select Passcode
Tap on Turn Passcode On
Enter passcode and re-enter to confirm
Go back and enable the Touch ID security feature *

* For iOS devices supporting Touch ID

Enabling passcode and fingerprint-based authentication on Signeasy for Android

From the Dashboard view, tap on Menu icon and tap on Settings icon.
Tap on Security and select Passcode and tap on Turn on passcode
Enter passcode and re-enter to confirm
Now you can enable Nexus Imprint as well *

Once you have enabled these security measures, none of the documents can be finalized without passing through these authentication steps.
