How it works

Step 1

Send us a referral

Fill out the form with your contact’s business details and your email address.

Step 2

They become a customer

Your referral signs up for a paid Signeasy subscription using their business email and receives 10% off.

Step 3

You get rewarded

Once they stay on their plan beyond the 100-day money-back period, you get 20% of their first-year annual amount or up to $500 per referral.

Rewards and payment

  • For each successful referral, you’ll receive an Amazon gift card* worth 20% of the referred business’s first-year annual amount, up to a maximum of $500 per referral.
  • A referral is successful when the referred business signs up for a paid Signeasy plan using its business email, completes its first payment, and stays a paying customer for at least 100 days.
  • Gift cards are sent by email to the address you entered in the referral form, within 30 days of the referral becoming successful.
  • If the referred business cancels or receives a refund during the 100-day money-back period, no reward will be issued.
  • Rewards can’t be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment. You’re responsible for any taxes that apply to rewards you receive.

Referral discount

  • The referred business gets a flat 10% off its first paid Signeasy subscription when it signs up through your referral.
  • The referred business must sign up for a Business or Business Pro plan on annual billing.
  • The discount applies to the first 12 months of a monthly plan or the first year of an annual plan, and can’t be combined with other discounts or promotions.
  • The discount isn’t available on add-ons, API usage, or custom enterprise agreements unless agreed in writing.

Eligibility

  • Referrals are accepted for businesses in all regions except Africa.
  • The referred business must be new to Signeasy. Existing customers, past customers who were active in the last 12 months, and businesses already in conversation with our sales team aren’t eligible.
  • You can’t refer yourself, your own company, or another account you control.
  • If more than one person refers the same business, the reward goes to the first valid referral we receive.
  • Signeasy employees, contractors, and authorized resellers aren’t eligible for rewards.

General terms

  • To protect the referred business’s privacy, we don’t share updates on their status with the referrer, except to confirm when a reward is issued.
  • Only refer people who you reasonably believe would welcome hearing from Signeasy. Spam, bulk submissions, or misleading referrals will be disqualified.
  • Signeasy decides whether a referral qualifies at its sole discretion and may withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
  • Signeasy may change, pause, or end this program at any time. Referrals submitted before a change will be honored under the terms in place when they were submitted.
