Fifteen years ago, we started Signeasy to fix one broken thing: getting signatures shouldn’t require printing, scanning, faxing, or chasing people down. We focused on removing friction by making signatures easy, fast, and accessible.
Over time, something else became clear. Contracts don’t end at the signature. That’s where the real work begins and where most businesses lose control. Signed contracts became difficult to manage, as they were spread across systems, tracked manually, and hard to search. Visibility into ownership, renewals, and obligations was limited, and understanding what was working — or breaking — took far more effort than it should have.
2025 marked an important inflection point for Signeasy. Advances in AI created the opportunity to rethink contracts as the most critical business assets for actionable insights. As we marked 15 years, we expanded our focus toward solving the post-signature problems that slow teams down and pose risk.
Building an end-to-end contract management platform

In 2025, we shipped over 250 releases. Each moved us closer to making end-to-end contract management — especially post-signature workflows — easier, more compliant, and intelligent.
We invested deeply in trust and reliability. We achieved 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, opening doors in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and life sciences industries. We introduced Trust Seal across all customer plans and enhanced Signature ID to raise the bar on authenticity, integrity, and validity.
We maintained near-zero downtime throughout the year. Customers told us they trusted us with their most important documents because we consistently delivered performance through reliability, scale, and speed.

We also strengthened everything leading up to the signature initiation. Bulk send and custom fields made document preparation faster for sending a template to hundreds of signers in one click. SMS based signature requests and auto-saving signer drafts reduced friction for signers. Approval workflows replaced email back-and-forth to internal stakeholders, while integrations with Teamtailor and Google Sheets embedded sending and tracking of contracts into existing workflows.
On mobile, we integrated Apple Intelligence and introduced a new liquid glass interface with iOS 26 launch, designed for clarity and trust. Apple featured this work in its official Newsroom, recognizing that contract management should integrate into modern mobile experiences. We also renewed our Google Play partnership to ensure Android users receive the same experience.
While we steadfastly delivered these features and enhancements by listening to customer needs, something bigger was brewing. For over a year, we’ve been fundamentally reshaping our platform for the future — one where AI and intelligence become accessible to users worldwide. That vision became real in 2025 with the beta launch of Intelligent Contract Management.
A single place to sign, track, organize, and act on contracts
We started with a simple requirement: teams and businesses needed one place to manage every contract, without switching tools or stitching together context.
Intelligent contract management (ICM) consolidates all contracts into a single, structured system. No more searching email inboxes or shared drives. Contracts reside in one repository, neatly and smartly organized, so teams know where to look and what they’re working with.
Contracts don’t belong to just one function. Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations all interact with them differently. Spaces let teams work from the same repository while maintaining the right access, ownership, and control.
Finding information inside contracts was the next priority. AI-powered Smart Search and Views surface important clauses, dates, and key terms directly, eliminating the need to open and scan every document.
We also built for what happens over time. Renewals and expirations shouldn’t rely on memory or manual tracking. Timely reminders and alerts surface upcoming tasks, giving teams time to act before deadlines become issues.
Together, the repository turns contracts from static documents into actionable insights.
Recognition that reflects trust
This year, some of our forward-thinking and progressive customers also shared video testimonials offering candid insights into how Signeasy fits into their daily work. They described enabling business transformation that serves their customers, employees, and partners more efficiently with delight and compliance. It was, hands down, a highlight of our year.

Customers consistently placed Signeasy as a Leader and Momentum Leader on G2 across all four quarters. We were named to Capterra’s Shortlist and recognized as a Category Leader on GetApp.
More important than the badges are the patterns in feedback. Customers talk about contracts moving faster, with less friction, and support teams that respond in a friendly and responsive manner for fast resolution. The theme is consistent: Signeasy makes it easy.
We saw that same signal elsewhere. Apple featured Signeasy during the iOS 26 launch and showcased us on the Wall of Apps at WWDC. These moments come from consistency — software that works reliably and holds up under real usage.
We also maintained an NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 70, meaning most of our customers would actively recommend us. All of it points to the fact that we’re not just building tools people use. We’re building systems people rely on.
The people behind the product
In 2025, we made deliberate choices about how we work. We relocated to a larger office to support our growing team.

As we marked 15 years of building Signeasy, the theme that kept surfacing was resilience: the ability to adapt, endure, and keep improving through change — qualities our team embodies every day.
Looking ahead
As we move into 2026, one thing is clear: signing contracts is no longer the hard part. Managing them is. Intelligent Contract Management is how we’re solving that. It provides teams with a single platform to manage contracts, understand their contents, and stay ahead of upcoming developments. That’s what we’re building in 2026 and beyond.
I’m grateful to the customers who trusted us early and stayed with us as we expanded. I’m grateful to the team that kept the bar high while solving harder and larger problems to create customer value. And I’m grateful for the opportunity still ahead — because it’s clear, important, challenging, and yet worth doing.
Happy New Year to everyone.
