Accessibility at Signeasy

Making contract management accessible to everyone

At Signeasy, we believe everyone should be able to sign, send, and manage contracts with ease. Accessibility is an important part of how we design and improve our product, helping people with different abilities complete contract workflows independently and efficiently.

We continuously evaluate the accessibility of Signeasy and make improvements as our product evolves. Our goal is to create an inclusive experience that works well with assistive technologies and supports a wide range of user needs.

Our commitment

Accessibility isn't a one-time project. It's an ongoing commitment that influences how we design, build, and
improve Signeasy.

From new features to product updates, we consider accessibility throughout the development process. We regularly review the user experience, identify opportunities for improvement, and incorporate customer feedback to make Signeasy more accessible over time.

Whether you're signing, sending a contract for signature, or managing them in your repository, we want the experience to be as straightforward and inclusive as possible.

Accessibility features

Signeasy is designed to support accessible contract workflows on the web, with layouts and controls that adapt across screen sizes.

Keyboard navigation

Core workflows can be completed using keyboard navigation, making it easier for users who cannot use a mouse or prefer keyboard-only interactions.

Screen reader support

Signeasy is designed to work with commonly used screen readers, helping users navigate the interface, complete signing workflows, and manage contracts more effectively.

How we evaluate accessibility

Accessibility is evaluated through a combination of automated testing and manual reviews across key areas of the Signeasy platform.

Our evaluation process includes:

Automated accessibility testing
Manual
keyboard-only testing
Screen
reader testing
Reviews of core
product workflows
Ongoing accessibility improvements as new features are released

This approach helps us identify opportunities to improve accessibility while maintaining a consistent user experience.

Independent accessibility evaluation

Signeasy maintains an Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT®) that documents how the product supports recognized accessibility criteria across audited product areas.

Our latest VPAT is based on an independent accessibility evaluation conducted in 2026. The assessment covered key product workflows using a combination of automated testing and manual evaluation, including keyboard-only navigation and screen reader testing.

The report evaluates support for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 Level A and AA success criteria.

As Signeasy grows, we continue evaluating existing experiences, improving new features, and incorporating customer feedback into our accessibility efforts. Our goal is to make signing and managing contracts easier for everyone, regardless of how they interact with technology.

If we identify areas that can be improved, we prioritize them as part of our ongoing product development.
