How does AI extract data from my contracts?

Does the platform support different contract types?

How many folders can I create in my contract repository?
You can create any number of folders within your contract repository. This allows you to organize contracts in a structure that works for your teams, projects, or business units.
How do I manage who can access contracts in my repository?
Access is managed through Spaces. You can create dedicated Spaces for different teams, projects, or regions, and invite users as members or admins to control who can view and manage contracts.
Is there a limit on how many users I can invite into a Space?
No. There is no limit to the number of users you can invite to a Space. As long as they are part of your Signeasy account, you can add as many users as needed to give your team visibility into relevant contracts.
Does the platform support contract templates?
Yes. You can create and save contract templates for frequently used agreement types. Templates help reduce the time spent drafting contracts from scratch and allow teams to initiate new agreements more quickly.
