How long does it take to get set up?

How does AI extract data from my contracts?

Who can see which contracts — can I restrict access by team?
Yes. Spaces let you create dedicated environments for Sales, Legal, Finance, and other teams or projects, so each team only sees contracts relevant to them. You can also set role-based permissions at the user level.
What happens when a contract is close to renewal or expiry?
ICM sends automatic reminders to the right people before a contract renews or expires. You can set how far in advance alerts go out, and they also sync directly with Google, Apple, and Outlook calendars so nothing slips through.
