This past quarter, the Signeasy team shipped new features to help you:
- Keep contracts moving with signing delegation when you're away
- Collect signatures face-to-face, right from your browser
- Protect signer confidentiality in multi-party agreements
- Set a default signing order so every contract goes out in the right sequence
- Store up to 4 stamps and switch between them without re-uploading
- Choose how you receive signed documents — as a ZIP or individual PDF
- Make contract management more accessible for everyone
Contracts don't wait — and neither should your team. Whether you're out of office, closing a deal in person, managing signers across multiple entities, or simply trying to keep your document workflow tidy, the details matter.
This month's updates give you more control over who signs, how they sign, what they see, and how completed documents land in your inbox. Less friction and more flexibility at every step of the signing process.
Delegation: Keep contracts moving, even when you're away
When a key signer is out of office, contracts can stall for days. There's no good workaround — chasing someone down while they're on vacation creates friction, and leaving documents unsigned creates risk.
With Delegation, you can now assign signing authority to a trusted team member before you step away. Any contracts that land in your queue while you're out will route to your delegate automatically — no manual handoffs, no follow-up emails, no bottlenecks. When you're back, you're back in control.
In-Person Signing: Get a signature on the spot, from any browser

Sometimes the person who needs to sign is right in front of you. But collecting that signature still meant sending an email, waiting for them to open it, and hoping they had the app installed.
In-Person Signing on the web removes all of that. Hand your device to the signer, and they can sign directly in the browser — no app download, no account required. It's the fastest path from contract to signed document when you're in the same room.
Signer Privacy: Keep participant details confidential

In multi-party contracts, visibility into who else is signing can be just as sensitive as the contract content itself. A nonprofit donor contract doesn't need to expose other contributors. A court-ordered settlement may legally require that parties remain unaware of each other.
With Signer Privacy, you can now hide participant details from other parties in a contract. Each signer sees only what they need to see — and nothing more. It's a simple toggle that adds a meaningful layer of confidentiality to your most sensitive contracts.
Sequential Signatures: Set your signing order once, use it every time

Getting contracts signed in the right sequence is critical — but setting that order manually for every document is tedious and error-prone. One missed step can send a contract to the wrong person first, creating delays or compliance issues.
You can now set a default signing order in your account settings. Every contract you send will automatically follow that sequence, without any manual configuration at send time. The right people get it in the right order, every single time.
Multiple Stamps: Store up to 4 stamps and switch between them instantly
Previously, Signeasy only supported one active stamp — uploading a new one would replace the previous, creating friction for anyone who signs across multiple companies, departments, or regions.
You can now store up to 4 stamps under your profile, set one as your default, and switch between them seamlessly while signing. All your stamps stay saved and ready — no re-uploading, no workarounds.
It's particularly useful if you sign on behalf of multiple entities, work with different document types that require different stamp formats, or operate across jurisdictions with region-specific stamp requirements.
ZIP or PDF: Choose how you receive your signed documents
Once a document is signed, how you receive it matters. Some teams want all files bundled into a single ZIP for easy archiving. Others need individual PDFs that can be routed directly into their systems or shared with specific parties.
Signeasy now gives signers the choice. When a document is complete, you can download it as a ZIP file or as an individual PDF — whichever fits your workflow best.
Accessibility: Easier contract management for everyone

Tools that only work for some users aren't good tools. Signeasy is committed to making contract management accessible to everyone — including those who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other assistive technologies.
This quarter, Signeasy completed a set of updates aligned to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. Navigating documents, reviewing signature fields, and completing workflows is now a smoother experience for users across a range of accessibility needs.
